Advertising Opportunities

Delegate Bags: $8,000 (2 Available)

The official ACTHIV delegate bags are the highest profile promotional materials distributed at the meeting. The advertiser logos may be printed on the bag along with the ACTHIV and/or additional conference affiliate logos. Not only will they be seen all over the Hyatt Regency Denver during the meeting, attendees also take the bags home to use at the office, providing even greater exposure.

Pens: $5,000

This popular novelty item is guaranteed to be send and used by every attendee at the conference. Pens are consistently visible during and after the conference. The advertiser’s logo or name may be included. Production costs are provided by ACTHIV.

Lanyards: $5,000

This popular novelty item clips onto every attendee badge. Lanyards are very visible through all aspects of the conference. The advertiser’s logo or name may be included. Production costs are provided by ACTHIV.

One Terminal at the Cyber Café: $3,000

One terminal at the Cyber Café with acknowledgement on screen savers for the duration of the conference. The Cyber Café will be located in the exhibit hall.

Hotel Door Drops: $3,000 per day (2 Days Available)

Do you have promotional material that you want attendees at ACTHIV to read? Do you have an event that you want to promote? If so, a Hotel Door Drop is a MUST for you.

For a $3,000 sponsorship (price is per door drop or door hanger), ACTHIV will arrange to have your promotional material placed either under the door or on the door handle for all ACTHIV attendees staying at the Hyatt Regency Denver. Hotel Door Drops are available on Friday May 21st and Saturday May 22nd.

Please note: all materials to be placed under the doors must be no larger than 8.5” x 11” and on a single sheet. For all door hangers, designs and text must be approved in advance by the hotel. The cost to produce any of these materials is not included in the price.

Full Page Advertisement in Supporter & Exhibitor Supplement:

The advertiser will be acknowledged in the Supporter & Exhibitor Supplement with one (1) full page color advertisement. The Supporter & Exhibitor Supplement will be distributed to all attendees and made available on the conference website.
