Cancellation Policy and International Attendees


International Letters of Request for Attendance:

Letters of request for attendance will no longer be provided to international registrants.


International Attendee Cancellation Policy:

Refunds for international registrants, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded up until May 1, 2025 if the visa was applied for at least 90 days before traveling to the US and proof is shown that a visa could not be granted even though all required documents were submitted.  The refund request along with all required documents must be sent to [email protected] no later than May 1, 2025.


US Attendee Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received by, or onApril 1, 2025, will result in a full refund less $50 for administrative fees.

Cancellations received after April 1, 2025, will result in a loss of the full registration fee.

Individuals who registered to attend the conference in person may change to a virtual registration until May 1, 2025.
