Cancellation Policy and International Attendees


International Letters of Request for Attendance:

Letters of request for attendance will be provided to international registrants, upon request, only after the registration is complete and registration fees have been paid in full.  This request can be made during the registration process.


International Attendee Cancellation Policy:

Refunds for international registrants, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded up until May 1, 2024 if the visa was applied for at least 90 days before traveling to the US and proof is shown that a visa could not be granted even though all required documents were submitted.  The refund request along with all required documents must be sent to [email protected] no later than May 1, 2024.


US Attendee Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received by, or onApril 1, 2024, will result in a full refund less $50 for administrative fees.

Cancellations received after April 1, 2024, will result in a loss of the full registration fee.

Individuals who registered to attend the conference in person may change to a virtual registration until May 4, 2024.
