American Conference for the Treatment of HIV
April 29 – May 1, 2027 ▪ Denver, Colorado
Participate In-Person or Virtually
The ACTHIV Conference Program Committee invites healthcare professionals involved in the prevention and care of people with or at risk for HIV to submit an abstract for consideration for the ACTHIV 2027 Poster Program.
ACTHIV 2027 will take place April 29–May 1, 2027, in Denver, Colorado, with a virtual attendance option.
The Poster Program gives members of the HIV care team an opportunity to share their work with colleagues from across the country, contribute to the conference learning experience, and highlight efforts to improve HIV prevention and care. Abstract submissions are encouraged from physicians, NPs, PAs, nurses, pharmacists, medical case managers, social workers, adherence counselors, treatment advocates, and other healthcare professionals.
ACTHIV welcomes abstracts highlighting clinical cases, quality improvement initiatives, outcomes evaluations, innovative workflows, implementation strategies, and other evidence-informed approaches to improving HIV prevention and care.
Accepted poster presenters will receive a $50 discount on the early conference registration fee.
Submission Deadline: March 15, 2027
All abstracts will be reviewed by the ACTHIV Conference Program Committee. Authors will be notified by email of their submission status by April 1, 2027.
Authors of accepted abstracts will receive detailed information about poster preparation, presentation requirements, and important deadlines.
Accepted posters will be displayed onsite in Denver and available digitally in the conference app throughout the conference. Presenters will be asked to provide a PDF of their poster for inclusion in the app and for posting on the ACTHIV website after the conference.
The official poster presentation will take place onsite during the Welcome Reception on Thursday, April 29, from 5:30–7:30 PM. Poster presenters are encouraged to be onsite during this time to discuss their work and engage with attendees. Posters will also be available digitally in the conference app for viewing by the broader conference audience.
Conference attendees will also have the opportunity to vote for the Best Poster Award.
ACTHIV does not claim copyright ownership of abstracts or posters presented at the conference.
