Letters of request for attendance will not be provided to international registrants.
Refunds for international registrants, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded up until April 28, 2027 if the visa was applied for at least 90 days before traveling to the US and proof is shown that a visa could not be granted even though all required documents were submitted. The refund request along with all required documents must be sent to [email protected] no later than April 28, 2027.
Cancellations received by, or on, April 1, 2027, will result in a full refund less $50 for administrative fees.
Cancellations received after April 1, 2027, will result in a loss of the full registration fee.
